Announcements about countries becoming blocked or needing special login

The following announcement has been made by Betfair:
We’ll be blocking Belgium IP’s from accessing/placing bets on the Betfair Exchange from Friday the 4th November.
Unfortunately, we’ve been required to implement the both of the above changes at very short notice, so sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
