How to open a ladder

The button (shown above) can be found on the Exchange Grid view on each row just to the left of prices, click it to open the ladder interface for the corresponding runner. You can open as many ladders as you like and drag them around the screen. The ladders are detached from the main window, so you can easily drag them onto other monitors (if you have a multiple screens attached to your PC).
